About the Space
The Metropolitan is a beautiful historic core building that was the Los Angeles Public Library until 1918. The units have since been remodeled for live/workspace. This corner unit has 12' ceilings and massive windows that face south and west with insane views of Pershing Square. This space is great for photo/video shoots, small dinner parties, and could be used as a workspace.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Sofala was an excellent host. She was very kind, responded very quickly, flexible with the hours, and helpful. We enjoyed her space so much that we booked twice in one week! The place was clean, well decorated, and it was easy to find. Parking was right out front so we didn’t have to walk too far. My team and I came for a video shoot so this was especially important to us for unloading/reloading. I would highly recommend this place and my team would agree.

What a cool space! Safala is a great host, easy communication, quick access. The apartment itself is well curated with enough space to fit our whole team: 4 crew members and 2 models. AND THE LIGHT!!!!! AMAZING! Totally recommend.

Sofala's space is so beautiful to work with! Very well decorated and tidy. There is a ton of natural light that comes through the windows. It was exactly what my model and I were looking for. I will definitely book this space again in the future.

This space is amazing. South west facing corner unit gets a ton of light. It's stylish, minimal, and clean. The host was quick to respond and very accommodating and sweet. I'd definitely book this space again.
