All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
About the Space
In 1921 a local paper called it "one of the most beautiful Spanish homes in Southern California. Located in the Country Club Park of Altadena, this 5 bedroom, 5 bathroom home offers the best of today's modern features and the ambience of another era. The house has been updated and beautifully maintained thoughtfully over the years and that quality can be felt throughout. Downstairs boasts an expansive living room with fireplace, hardwood floors, a dining room with French doors that lead to a beautiful side patio and garden, a study, 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a charming wine cellar and a gourmet kitchen with views of the sparkling pool and pool house. The upstairs features 3 bedrooms and 1 ¾ bathrooms. The outdoor areas wrap around the home providing multiple entertaining areas. Details include gargoyles, gardens, and a gorgeous stained glass dome over the stairwell. All on a park-like 34,951 sq ft lot, where scenic and architectural design abound.

Street parking 24/7. 2-3 cars can fit up our driveway, but it is narrow so we recommend most people to park on the street besides the main vehicles unloading.

There is a long driveway that pulls up to the garage / loading area on the main level. It's a narrow drive way so small trucks can fit, but not giant grip trucks.

No adult filming, no smoking, no use of the master suite and kids rooms. Use of alcohol must be approved ahead of time. If filming you must provide your own electricity, bathrooms, and protective floor covers on all floors and entry ways.

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
