Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

The Loft is well maintained and receives a deep cleaning after each guest. We disinfect all high touch surfaces including the mop, broom and vacuum. All bedding is removed and laundered including pillow and mattress covers.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

Our Loft is brand new and located within a multi-use facility where professionals can work, meet, stay, host business and social events and connect with other professionals. The Loft is a favorite with its open layout, modern, industrial vibes, front patio and New Orleans flair. It is the perfect location for photo shoots, meetings, intimate events and stays. You will feel right at home with the many amenities the loft has to offer – 2-story entry, designer kitchen equipped with microwave, sink, refrigerator, range and coffee maker, custom tile shower, smart televisions at each floor, internet, polished concrete floors, recess lighting, and more. - Inside the loft there is enough seating for 7 people. If you require more seating, tables and chairs can be added at the front patio for an additional fee to accomodate up to 12 more guests - We are easy to work with and are happy to make accommodations upon request. - We have included our most popular add-ons but if you don’t see something just ask. General Rules

# We are easy to work with and happy to make accommodations upon request and prior to your arrival. If you're not sure please ask. # Place all trash in the provided trash bins. # If you use any of the dishes please wash them and place them back in their original location # There is potential for noise. The space is located in a multi-use facility with other professionals and we are near the airport and rail road. The noise is not constant but there is the potential for noise while you are using the space. # Buyout options for all or part of the NOLA Station facility are available upon request # No pets and smoking inside or outside the premises # You may use the sink, microwave and refrigerator but you must leave it clean and take all of your belongings at the end of your event.

Security cameras and recording devices

- Security cameras are located along the exterior premises and monitor activity in the parking area and all exterior doors. - In addition to the exterior cameras, the Bywater Loft has a doorbell camera located at the front door.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
