We have a adjacent grassy fenced lot that can accommodate up to 35 cars. Additional street parking is available.

HOUSE RULES NEIGHBORS Respect our neighborhood by keeping your event inside and leaving no trash in the street. GUNS Absolutely NO GUNS ARE PERMITTED INSIDE OR OUTSIDE OF OUR FACILITY for any reason and any deviation from this will result in shutting down of the event. The only exception to this is licensed and marked security personnel. ALCOHOL Use of alcohol at social events is by permission. If we permit alcohol, you not your guests must provide the alcohol and serve it responsibly. Your guests ARE NOT permitted to bring their own alcohol into our facility, and doing so will be grounds to end your event. TRASH: take it with you or deposit in the Green Dumpster in the alley on the Alden Street side of the building. PLEASE respect us and our neighborhood and don't leave trash on our floors, our street or sidewalk! SMOKING Smoking is permitted in the Flex Garage - please clean up your cig butts. COOKING No OPEN FLAME is permitted. Frying by permission only. OVERTIME Per Peerspace's policy, overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate. CLEANING / DAMAGES Cleaning fee is included in the hourly rate, although guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Guest must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace. TABLES AND CHAIRS Request use of tables and chairs ahead of time and return tables and chairs to where you found them. Please refer to Peerspace’s Terms and Conditions for all other rules.
