With an oversized ultra private backyard including an extra large grass area, modern new pool with spa, and a large gazebo overlooking the beautiful unobstructed Mountain View’s of Encino and Tarzana. Views are visible from every part of the home. You have all day natural light along with views facing the sunset directly every night. EXTREMELY LARGE BACKYARD The home offers a side yard that includes a basketball court or perfect space that can be used for storing equipment prior to your production or event. Garage May be used for overnight storage as well. NO LOITERING IN FRONT OF NEIGHBORS HOMES Please discuss with host regarding parking. Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:

  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Disposable masks / face coverings

This location was amazing! The view was incredible and the owner was more than hospitable. Armond was very patient through the booking process and very accommodating throughout our use of the space. Highly recommend this space if you are looking for a great experience! Will definitely use this location again for future shoots!

Location was phenomenal, the rep Armond was a true delight to work with, and we had a wonderful overall experience shooting 4 short social media commercials, which we were able to execute at this single versatile and stunning location. There was some local sound (gardeners, workers) which we were able to work around, but definitely something to take into consideration when recording sound. We didn't have an issue shooting exteriors, light was amazing, and the VIEW -- unparalleled. Truly a gem of a location.
