Conveniently located in the Grant Park area, this creative studio is perfect for your next small to medium shoot or other creative projects. Equipped with lighting, an assortment of seamless paper rolls, a dressing room, and a kitchenette, our bright space has everything you need to make your project a success. A one-stop-shop! You may also use our space for planning, brainstorming, and editing. This studio is the home office to a creative agency meaning, you can get onsite marketing and creative direction assistance, we also have in-house photographers you can book. Creative Director/Shoot Manager - $50/per hour Photographer/Videographer - $85/per hour Makeup artist- $70/per model Wardrobe stylist (contact host for details) Event planning (contact host for details) **Ensure to book enough time for your: Set-Up, Event, and Break-Down** You will be charged if you arrive early or leave past your booked time

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels

This was a great venue for our company training. We needed a space that could offer both a classroom and an open space for hands-on training. Great space and we would absolutely use it again!

Taylor was very responsive and so great to work with! Space was as advertised. Parking was a little tricky, but Taylor helped us out. We used the space for a clothing photo shoot.

We loved the space, Taylor was very helpful with accommodating our last minute schedule change. Very professional and clean space. We will definitely be booking again.

The space was exactly what I needed. Both Taylor and Austin were great to work with and super accommodating.

The instructions given to access the studio were very easy to follow. The studio is very spacious with a lot of props and backdrops that can be used. I do feel that you guys haven't checked on it in a while. The parking lot across the street is now used for construction. There was a little trash on the floor (a used paper towel ) I disposed of it though. The White backdrop which I mentioned in my original message for booking is ripped and unable to use. It should be replaced or moved. Had I known that ahead of time I would have switched my outfits so that was a little disappointing. However, my experience was still a good one and I would book again. I just wanted to mention those things so you’d know for the future. I also could have sworn the pics showed a white couch in a corner that I was looking forward to using. So maybe also update pics of what's in the studio now because I had an idea for that setup. Thank you for being so responsive during the process i appreciate it.
