Classic pre-war apartment located in upper manhattan with a gorgeous view of the river. This space is perfect for shoots. The rooms are large (by NYC standards), there is lots of natural light, and the building and location is very quiet. The bright, spacious living room faces the river with a view all the way down to the Empire State Building is decorated with neutral midcentury furnishings. French doors connect to a north facing bedroom which provides for even more shooting space and layout options. Second bedroom faces north and is a child's bedroom. The apartment also features a bedroom, bathroom and entry space. It is an elevator building, but there are 5 steps to get into the building. pretty easy load-in/out.
