Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

Sanitizing studio air with UV-C light: Yes, we have been sanitizing the studio air with UV-C light since October. We specifically selected 254NM equipment for its germicidal capabilities and low ozone creation. At Studio Space Arlington, we take the current pandemic and the safety of our members/clients very seriously. As always, we want to remind our patrons and their guest of the required mask ordinance and to wash hands and use sanitizer for the good health of you and your clients.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from the CDC
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

About the Space

Complementary - studio Light System & related Equipment, many Backdrops, Props, etc You get full use of the studio's facilities, including the spacious studio shooting area, make-up area, reception area, restrooms, etc. We only book One Client at A Time - You and your client(s) have full privacy and a whole building for yourself during your reserved time. Lighting description

What are the windows like? - For the main Shooting Room, there are windows in the East, West, and South. - For the Lobby, which you can also use to shoot, there are windows in the West and South. How can the natural light be controlled? - In the Main Shooting room, there are 2-inch blinds to control the light. Plus, there are light-blocking curtains to block the unneeded light. What times of the day are the brightest? - Late afternoon (thru Windows on the Westside)

Ambient noise description

Can you hear neighbors? - The building is a stand-alone building so you normally do not hear the neighbors. Are you on a busy street? - We are not on the super busy street (like Cooper) but we are very close to Cooper. Occasionally there is street noise Any noise from appliances or AC? - Yes, when the AC or heater runs, you can hear the noise.

Equipment loading description

Is there a loading zone? - Since we are fully equipped, normally, our clients do not need to bring equipment - Just bring the camera and necessary props. Our Studio is in a neighborhood area, not in the warehouse or industrial area. We do not have a heavy loading zone like the warehouse. Does the entrance require a ramp? - No, you can enter without the ramp. However, we have a handicap-accessible ramp. Do loading-trucks need to be moved? - No, we have our parking space that fits 10 vehicles. You can park the vehicle in our parking and do not need to move during your reservation time.

We have a dedicated makeup area and a restroom that can be used as well.

Electrical system description

There are numerous standard outlets throughout the shoot room along the walls and on the center column. The circuit breaker is located in the entry room.

All ages are allowed in the space

Furniture and decorations may be moved

- Feel free to relocate the furniture and decorations during your reservation. However, we required all the furniture and decorations to be put back to their places before the end of the session and remain in the building at all times.

No smoke machines allowed

Security cameras and recording devices

The camera points to the entrance to verify who is in & out of the studio. We give you privacy in the shooting room - no camera there.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Cancellation Policy

Grace period

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.

Standard 30 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
