About Todd Duncan Studios
600 sf ( 20' x 25' length - ** 8 foot ceilings ) ground floor studio on the city's east side. The studio has all white walls and a seamless backdrop. West facing for afternoon sunlight streaming in through large glazed windows for diffused-lighting conditions. Ideal for corporate, realtor, acting headshots, fashion testing, product, as well as classroom/ workshops). YES we also have green screen setup with professional lighting setup for an additional cost ( see photos ). Features include: Wi-fi Bluetooth stereo system 4x8 v- flats included Large bathroom w/ironing board Street-level entrance (*no need to carry gear up any stairs) Studio is at ground level with secured/free parking adjacent Extras: **LIGHTING SETUP: 3 Godox strobes, 3x3 deep dish, 5 foot octobox , two gridded stripboxes, reflectors, transceivers, 3 black and white 8 foot v flats, and 3 mathews c stand package: $150. **Apurture Nova 300c color LED panel light ($100) for video **Optional kitchen and island upstairs also available ( see pics ) for an additional fee. *Please inquire regarding rates for larger commercial photoshoots*

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Hand Sanitizer
- Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines
- Space has access to outdoor air ventilation
- Space has been reconfigured to allow for physical distance

Great space! It was perfect for what we needed it for. Had to option of using some production gear but we didn't need it but it was nice to know that option was available. Host was very helpful as well.

Host Todd was super chill and accommodating, I could tell he wanted our shoot in his space to go well. Ample vflats to manage light, a great space despite the 8’ ceilings! Will definitely be back.
