COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from the CDC
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Hand Sanitizer
The space has the following features:
  • Capacity is limited based on state and local guidelines
  • Space has access to outdoor air ventilation
  • Space has been reconfigured to allow for physical distance

About the Space

600 sf ( 20' x 25' length - ** 8 foot ceilings ) ground floor studio on the city's east side. The studio has white walls and a seamless backdrop. West facing, with ample sunlight streaming in through large glazed windows for diffused-lighting conditions. Ideal for corporate, realtor, acting headshots, fashion testing, product, as well as classroom/ workshops). Features: Wi-fi Bluetooth stereo system Large bathroom w/ironing board Full kitchen upstairs for food prep and island for food/still life shooting Street-level entrance (*no need to carry gear up any stairs) Studio is at ground level with secured/free parking adjacent Extras: **Godox strobes , all mods, reflectors, transceivers, mods and stand package: $40/hour (including setup) **Optional kitchen and island upstairs also available ( see pics ) for an additional fee. *Please inquire regarding rates for larger commercial photoshoots*

Cancellation Policy

Grace period
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
Standard 30 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
