Building parking is located across the street in the parking lot. Street parking is free. Please do not park in the main parking lot as it is for permit holders only.

OTHER IMPORTANT RULES & INFORMATION: Smoking is NOT allowed. We ask that you keep the front door to the unit closed at all times except for coming and going. All people and equipment must remain inside of the unit. ABSOLUTELY NO using the common space outside of our unit. Out of respect for our neighbors, please keep noise to a minimum. AVAILABILITY: All booking times are inclusive of set-up and tear-down time. Please allow enough time to set up at the start of your booking and clean up at the end of your booking. You must be COMPLETELY OUT of the space by your agreed-upon end time. Overtime will be charged for going over your end time. OVERTIME: If you need a little more time in the space once you are onsite, feel free to send a message via Peerspace. If we don't have another booking, we are happy to extend the time at the same hourly rate. EXTRA FEES: If you forget to lock the door (as indicated by our keyless entry app) and we have to come over and double-check the space, you will be charged a 2-hour trip fee billed at the hourly rate of your booking. (Note: We don't want to have to do this, so please just double-check that the door is locked when you leave. There are reminder signs on the front door just in case you forget). DECORATIONS & DISPLAYS: Prior to any moving of furniture or items, please take photos so you can return the unit back to the original condition. DO NOT MAKE HOLES OR MARKS ON WALLS. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items are to be used on our walls or floors. No glitter or foil (non-paper) confetti is allowed on site. Any damage will be charged after your event. Extra cleaning fees may apply for decorations not approved by us prior to the event date. The renter is responsible for removing all displays and decorations after the rental. CANDLES: Candles are allowed in the space. However, they are NOT ALLOWED on the ledges near the windows coverings and drapery. Please make sure candles are placed in a candle holder or plate so that wax does not drip onto surfaces. Guests will be charged for damages caused by flames or wax. NOISE: The unit is in a dual residential and commercial rated building. Which means people live here full-time. Our space is NOT the space for large raves, techno parties, or loud noise at any time. We have a hard stop of loud noise of any kind at 9:00pm. When we reference noise, we are speaking about inside our space but even more importantly, the hallways of the building and outside, surrounding the building. CONDUCT: There is absolutely no drug use or smoking of any kind tolerated on-premise or within 25 feet of the building including loitering or congregating outside on the sidewalk at any time during your rental period. Disparaging remarks or any type of physical violence will not be tolerated and will be cause for immediate expulsion. Renter and guests shall use the premises in a considerate manner at all times. Conduct deemed disorderly shall be grounds for immediate expulsion from the premises and conclusion of the rental period. In such cases, no refund will be issued. LOST & FOUND: We take no responsibility for personal effects and possessions left on premises during or after any rental. We do maintain a lost and found and will hold recovered items up to 7 days. Every attempt will be made to return any recovered item to its rightful owner.
