SUPPLEMENTAL LOCATION AGREEMENT: Peerspace guest booking the space are required to sign a supplemental location agreement. Your host will provide a copy for your review after Peerspace booking has been accepted. INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS: $1,000,000 general liability 3rd Party Property Damage Loss Payee Certificate holder must be named as additional insured 2 separate certificates required OVERTIME POLICY: Per Peerspace's policy, overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate. OTHER GENERAL RULE: Production can use all bathrooms in studio 2+3 (if working in those studios) There's a waste+recycling dumpster in the front lot, and a waste dumpster in the back lot. We ask that production mainly use the back lot waste and throw away any excess in the front Please only use the right garage entrance for production. Please be mindful of the ceramics section in the garage. Cleaning supplies and extra paint are located in the empty room in Studio 2. Toiletry and other supplies are to be supplied by production. Production can throw away their waste in the back lot dumpster. An additional trash pick up ($125/dumpster) will be required if the lid can't shut all the way. When locking up, please make sure all lights are turned off in both Studio 1 and 2. ******Please do not turn off anything on the breaker near the restrooms in Studio 2. The "light high bays" can be turned on and off but everything else must stay on. If anything is turned off, this will affect the tenant side of our building and unarm our secured entrance/exit system.********* Studio 2 can be blacked out by production at their own cost - must return studio back to original state 100 amp 3 phase in studio 1 and 2 studio 3 is regular house power and through Bldg WIFI Bad plumbing issues in the bathrooms might want to check on this with regards to large shoots Fee to rent out underground parking lot in full about 30 spaces in total $20 per space in underground parking lot 5 - 10 spaces can be made avail without booking the whole underground Studio 1, 8,800 Square Feet - ceiling 25 to 35ft Studio 2, 6,600 Square Feet - ceiling 35 ft to the lowest beam Studio 3, 12,000-15,000 Square Feet depending on which side rooms are utilized
