SUPPLEMENTAL LOCATION AGREEMENT: Peerspace guest booking the space are required to sign a supplemental location agreement. Your host will provide a copy for your review after Peerspace booking has been accepted. INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS: $1,000,000 general liability 3rd Party Property Damage Loss Payee Certificate holder must be named as additional insured 2 separate certificates required OVERTIME POLICY: Per Peerspace's policy, overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate. OTHER GENERAL RULE *Film LA Permit - Cost Additional *2 cars on property *8 STREET PARKING PASSES / parking on street; do not block neighbors or cul de sac *For weekend shoots, Needs to know by Thursday evening for parking passes. *Monday/Tuesday Street Cleaning makes parking very difficult; IF YOU DO A SHOOT ON A MONDAY OR A TUESDAY, YOU WILL PRETTY MUCH NEED TO SET UP CREW PARKING *Floors MUST be protected with Ram Board. House is 2,800 sq ft – recommend scout to see what must be covered *Floors must be protected first – BEFORE any crew is allowed in house *Post-shoot Cleaning & Sanitizing Fee - $475 *Wi-Fi avail *catering done in the front terrace *DO NOT BRING PORTABLE RESTROOMS *No AC available *Animals/Children need to be approved prior to shoot *Flashes/strobes & Kino Flo Lights ONLY – Arri & Studio Hot lights will overload house power! *NO generators – power packs only.
