West facing windows with trees outside. Blinds can be drawn to make the space pretty dark.

Generally pretty quiet street, no busses lines or trains. Some street level noise and occasional audible noises from adjacent units. With heater and all appliances turned off should be suitable for general purpose video and sound recording.

Ground Floor

Residential / semi-industrial neighborhood. There is lots of street parking and generally no issues parking a truck for as long as it takes to unload or load.

Bedroom / Storage room.

Plenty of 15 amp outlets around the room on two 20 amp circuits. Circuit breakers are clearly visible and accessible next to the refrigerator.

• NO DUCT TAPE. We provide free gaffer's tape for you to use. Any damage caused by duct tape will incur a fee. • No smoking in the building. • Keep noise levels professional. • Unpaid on-site previews of the space are limited to 15 minutes and may be conducted contemporaneously or displaced by paid bookings at the discretion of the Host and with the permission of all parties. • Technical rehearsals, technical inspections, "tech scouts," or any time needed in the studio that will exceed the 15 minute limit should be booked through Peerspace. • Guests must provide additional insurance and valid permits for all vendors. • All rentals include setup and teardown time; please inquire for details about staffing. • Furniture must be moved back to where you found it. • Guests must remove any equipment they bring into the space by the end of the booking. • While Seventh Heaven Studio is open to all ages it is not “childproofed.” Safety is our top priority so we ask that any young children (capable of locomotion or otherwise) are supervised at all times. Photo equipment can be heavy and pose a danger if it were to fall over, the kitchen has sharp knives and cleaning chemicals which should be kept away from children and rooms that are off limits may contain sharp or heavy tools / chemicals which should absolutely be kept away from small children. Please plan accordingly. • Front door must be locked upon departure from the space. • In the event that a production or meeting goes past the scheduled end time, overtime may be added - if available - and will be billed in increments of 30 minutes - whether or not the full half-hour is used. Overtime rates are 100% of the per hour rental price for the first 2 hours, 150% after 2 hours and 200% after 4 hours.

Most furniture is light enough to be moved by one person, if not they're on wheels. Crews are welcome to move anything as required but please replace furniture if possible.
