Bunker, Office, Interrogation, and More!

This set is beyond cool! It is creepy and grungy and can meet a variety of film set needs! It could be a bunker, a mob den, a science lab, interrogation room, torture chamber, basement, etc! Your imagination is the limit! This creepy set has various practical lights to play with the mood of your setup in addition to barbed windows that give an extra cool opportunity for lighting your scene. We also have various fun, rustic, and strange props to play with that you can use to customize your set. There's an old dentist chair, an X-ray light (X-rays not included), an old school projector, a periodic table, science vials, gas cans, old tvs, old phones, a bunch of different lamps, etc. Ask me if you're looking for anything specific! The large red chairs pictured are no longer here. 3 functional bathrooms. AC but doesn't work well. Also have 4 fans and 2 portable AC units. No heat, but 1 small space heater. All rentals come with our green room which features a lit hair/makeup table, a full length mirror, and wardrobe rack. This room has a cyc wall, but please make sure all cast and crew refrain from walking on it or putting anything on it. You will be charged an additional fee if this rule is broken as the paint is expensive. It is a semi washable paint but it isn't cleanable once it reaches a certain point. THIS IS NOT THE ONLY SET WE HAVE! If you wish to film in other sets during your booking we can provide you discounted rates! 2 sets are $250/hour, or 3+ sets are 300/hour. We have a open warehouse with brick or a black wall, a bar/restaurant with the exterior entrance, a locker room with sauna and showers, a fully lit cycle wall, a long hall, alley space, storefront entrance, and exterior stairwell.
