Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures
After every booking the bathrooms are fully cleaned and sanitized as well as the high touch surfaces to ensure the safety of our guests.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:

- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels

Lighting description
Yes there is natural light but the windows are covered by blackout blinds for photography purposes.
Space is not soundproof
Ambient noise description
The space is a brick building so it is sound proof to a certain extent. We provide a blue tooth speaker for music and ask guests to not bring any outside DJ's.

Equipment loading description
All guests should access the building through the rear entrance down the driveway. The driveway includes off street parking, and loading zone if needed. If guests need to transport large equipment through the front entrance they must request before hand.
Staging area is available
There is a room before you enter the studio where bathrooms are located and crew can set up if needed.
All rooms are available for shooting
Shooting the exterior of the building is not allowed
Electrical system description
There are 5 outlets located throughout the studio. Guests will not have access to the circuit breaker.

General Rules
-Outside catering and food are allowed.
- No Alcohol past 11pm.
- Smoking outside in the driveway is permitted.
- No DJ's or large style parties over 40 people.
- Please dispose of all trash into bins.
- No loitering outside of building.
All ages are allowed in the space
Production insurance is not required
No moving furniture and decorations
Smoke machines are allowed

Security cameras and recording devices
I have one security camera set up outside of the rear entrance where guests enter and exit the building. There are no cameras on the inside of the building.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
