There is always a lot of parking open. There is metered parking right out front of the studio and a metered parking lot across the street.

No smoking All furniture put back into place as it was upon entering the studio. All trash is taken with the Rentee. There is a dumpster in the alley around the back of the building and may be used to dispose of trash. If any glassware is used it must be properly cleaned and put back in its place. Floor is to be swept with the broom provided, if needed. NO GLITTER, or any other material, is to be left behind and must be fully swept up. No one under the age of 21 is permitted to consume alcohol on the premises. No one 21 years of age or older is permitted to have more than 2 alcoholic beverages while on the premises. The Rentee assumes all responsibility for any guest consuming alcoholic beverages on property. Only painter's tape or gaffer tape may be used on the floors as all other tapes leave residue and can damage the floor. Rentee agrees to pay for any damages to the floor, walls, or furniture from use of any other unapproved tape. The Rentee may take advantage of the 15-minute grace on both ends of the agreed-upon rental period. If the Rentee does not utilize the 15-minute grace period on the front end of the rental period, the extra time may not be added to the back end of the rental time. The grace period is 15 minutes before the rental period and 15 minutes after the end of the rental period, whether it is utilized or not. No more than 5 people are permitted to be in the studio at the same time, unless otherwise previously agreed upon. If you require more than 5 people at one time in the studio you agree to seek approval from the Renter prior to the rental date and time.
