COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

We have a professional house keeping crew that disinfects and thoroughly cleans every bit of our Villa to CDC standards in between bookings.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
Disposable gloves
Disposable masks / face coverings
Hand Sanitizer

The space has the following features:

About the Space

Floating above the helicopters themselves with some of the best views in the city, this architecturally significant contemporary residence in the upper Hollywood Hills. Spread over three floors. Beyond the insane skyline views from every suite in the house, the 30' infinity pool and hot tub, which overlooks one of the best cityscape views in Los Angeles, the house has two large entertaining decks, decked with Italian porcelain, fire-pits and private seating areas to enjoy.

* CAMERAS ON-SITE * STRICT OWNER: ONSITE SCREENING/ MATCHING ID * Not suitable for children and infants * Long term stays (28 days or more) are allowed * Security deposit required for all guest (not included in nightly rate/ fee). * No smoking/drugs in the property. * Pets allowed with an extra fee. * Pool heating, fireplace use for an extra fee. * Spa heating for an extra fee. * Guest must follow sound ordinance, no loud noice after 9pm.
