Beautiful & bright, this 1959 pool home sits on 1/3 of an acre and includes substantial upgrades, both in design and systems. With its wide-open layout and low-pitch roofline, this 7-bedroom home in Lake Balboa is the classic California Ranch home of your dreams. Classic to the Ranch style, the bedrooms are thoughtfully separate from the common living areas -- except for the ensuite guest bedroom, which is set apart. The "great-room" boasts exposed beams, an open kitchen, and stunning stone fireplace. You'll love the formal dining room or the sunny breakfast area. The generously sized and private grassy frontage of the home includes parking for several guests. The back includes an abundance of room for entertaining or solitude at the gorgeous pool area. Attention Urban Farmers: Filled with plants, trees, and produce -- including Meyer lemon, orange, apricot, nectarine, kale, herbs, etc. We currently have 4 bedrooms furnished with an office. However, we can happily move around any furniture in any of the 6 guest bedrooms to accommodate storage/filming/office space etc. It is very versatile, and we are happy to accommodate to your needs.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Trevor was an amazing host. He was super responsive leading up to the booking in answering questions and scheduling a showing. Day off he had the place prepped and cleaned and was on-hand to help. I highly recommend this space. Lots of great indoor-outdoor spots by the pool, in the yard, and the house was large and versatile.
