All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:

  • Disposable masks
  • Hand Sanitizer

About the Space

Our place is the destination studio for mischief makers. The space is ideal for producing high end visuals for photo campaigns (editorial, look books, commercial, fashion, etc) and video shoots (music video, commercial, narrative, documentary). STAGE The 21x19 stage is equipped with a 16x16 Cyc Wall and vintage warehouse window which can be used for natural light or covered by custom Italian blackout drapes. CLIENT LOUNGE Dressed with vintage designer lounge chairs by Eames, Bertoia, and Van Der Rohe, the Lounge and Cyc Wall are equipped with concert hall speaker stacks and wireless bluetooth connectivity, and includes access to the dining nook and kitchen for additional seating. The Lounge also houses the owners’ private art and sneaker collection, curated by Das Aüdie. PRODUCTION OFFICE The second level Production Office is furnished with two handmade 4-top workstations, custom couch seating, projector, and office amenities such as shredder and printer. KITCHEN The kitchen offers an additional (1) four-top custom work table at the breakfast nook, as well as (1) four-top bar. Cancellation Policy

Grace period
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
