Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

NOLA Station is well maintained facility. Bathrooms are cleaned after each guest, high touch surfaces are cleaned, masks are worn in common areas, and enhanced cleaning is performed after the use of each space

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

Studio B is a private studio ideal for headshots, portraits, and product video and photography. Available by the hour with a 2 hour minimum. The studio has lighting equipment, desk, chair, and three backdrops to choose from (white, green, black). There is potential for noise. The space is located in a multi-use facility with other professionals and we are near the airport and rail road. The noise is not constant but there is the potential for noise while you are using the space.

General Rules

- No Smoking or Vaping inside or outdoors on the premises - Please turn off the lights when not in use and upon check out. - No loud noise and music - Please report damages/spills immediately. - Please do not leave trash in the space (large garbage cans - are located outside). - Do not dispose of food or coffee grinds down the drain, place in trash can - Do not remove any furnishings from the property. - Make sure the space is clean at all times.

Security cameras and recording devices

No cameras are located directly inside the studio. Cameras are located on the exterior of the premises and the kitchenette/common area.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
