Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels

Shooting at TD studios was a pleasure I really loved how clean the space was. Didn’t get to use the other room but definitely will be booking in the future time for sure! Great creative space if u are looking for somewhere in the bx. Easily accessible by car n bus 40/42 bus 🤞🏾. Highly recommended !

It was my 2nd time using this space and I would do it again. The space had all I needed in addition to the two shoot sets that enabled me to get a diverse shots of the client. The location is easy to access and the owner provided adequate information to find the location.
