We are centrally located, close to the 10 freeway, between Culver city and U.S.C. Ask about our late night pricing until 2AM, in approved cases we can extent the booking for an added fee. Music off outside at 10:00pm. *Ask about our weekday production rate: for under 10 people photoshoots, $65/hr *Pricing may vary for special holidays, Weddings, and studio and commercial productions. OPERATIONAL COSTS: (We require a onsite representative or security guard or guards for all events at The Hippo Factory Studios. The Guard's job is to make sure that the event runs as smooth as possible for us and so you can enjoy your special day instead of dealing with the door.) This is a separate cost than the rental and should come up in the total if you enter the right capacity. Half day bookings For events under 60 guests: We charge a flat fee of $60 For events from 60-120: 1 Rep For events above 120 guests: 1 Guard 1 Rep Full day bookings For events under 60 guests: We charge a flat fee of $60 For events from 60-120: 1 Rep For events above 120 guests: 1 Guard 1 Rep *If you'd like to add hours to your booking time frame it would be an extra per guard. We require every event or production to have rental insurance to book at our space for events above 35 guests. This cost can range depending on capacity and event type. We collect $520 refundable security deposit before any event to cover any damages\extra time\extra cleaning if required. $260 for small productions. We refund the deposit 5-7 business days after the event. This is collected Via Email Invoice. OUTSIDE VENDORS: We only allow into the venue vendors who are listed and booked on  www eventorss.com  (if you have someone you wish to hire but can’t find them on there NO WORRIES we can add them for no cost) Check it out, They have everything you need. Time frame\over time: Sharp check in & out - We charge 1.5% of our asking rate for over time You pay by the hour, (N/A for day rate customers) the time frame on your booking is the time you allow to use the loft, any additional time will follow by additional charges. Please include set up & clean up in your booking time frame. *We get a lot of people saying that the space LOOKS BIGGER in real life than it looks in the pictures Alcohol: We allow you to bring your own alcohol but we don't allow selling alcohol. Parking: Free street parking is available as well as 6 inside lot parking spots.
