This is a Modern large 2,000+square foot co-creative office space with a micro recording studio and video production equipment ready to go for a start-up business or creative team. High ceilings-great for photoshoots. Note: The pictures include actual shots taken indoors at the space, additionally pictures across the street at the park and by a nearby flower field. Ambient noise description

There are 5 rooms within the space. 1. Micro Recording Studio- Can fit technicians and up to 4 musicians. wall to wall soundproofing 2. The main space-Meditation space. This space is where meditations and sound baths -the room has an echo-however with the proper sound equipment the sound can be mitigated. We have had productions such as music videos/short films in this space with no problems. The main space has natural lighting for photoshoots. 3. The Green Room/Photo Shoot Room-Is separated by 2 wooden doors. The room is mid-size and is great for photoshoots. 4. Nice Kitchen area separated from the main space. 5. Small room with mirrors, located next to Micro-recording studio.

Electrical system description

There are electrical outlets located in every room of the space with the exception of one utility closet. The main space has electrical outlets on the floor. In the green room, the outlets are located on the floor and on the back brick wall.

Our cleaning protocol provides preventive measures for workplace cleaning during a Pandemic scenario of COVID-19, and disinfecting all places where any risk may exist.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:
