SUPPLEMENTAL LOCATION AGREEMENT: Peerspace guest booking the space are required to sign a supplemental location agreement. Your host will provide a copy for your review after Peerspace booking has been accepted. INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS: $1,000,000 general liability 3rd Party Property Damage Loss Payee Certificate holder must be named as additional insured 2 separate certificates required OVERTIME POLICY: Per Peerspace's policy, overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate. OTHER GENERAL RULE *Parking- 10 cars fit on site- do not block the very first spot- make sure the owners car can get out *Restroom- in guest house/ bungalow *Hair, makeup and styling- in guest house/ bungalow *Pool heat- $300 *No more than 25 people *Wifi on site *No AC *Hotel fee (if needed) *Layout board needed- 15+ pieces HOUSE RULES: 1. Absolutely no production setup in the main house. The guest house is available for hair/makeup. If this doesn't work, then set up h/m/wardrobe outside. The house is for shooting only. 2. Homeowner must always have a space for their car and be allowed to enter and exit throughout the day. (owner is elderly and disabled). 3. The rooms behind the kitchen and the one bedroom off the picture hallway are off limits. Kitchen is available by special request for shooting only. This is the private area where disabled owner and his nurse reside during shooting. 4. No carrying equipment through the front doors. All equipment must go around the house between the guest house and the main house. 5. No moving grandfather clock in main hall, no moving dining table or cabinets along the walls. No moving white bed or armoire. 6. No using the homeowners dishes, glassware, linens, etc. The home is not be used as a prop shop. 7. In addition to the special notes regarding the master bedroom and the white carpet and the white satin headboard, curtains and furniture - no shoes in the white bedroom and no body makeup. 8. No sitting on furniture inside the house except for shooting purposes. 9. All equipment, bags, production supplies must be on a pad inside the house. 10. All production areas must have adequate floor protection.11.Noo roof access.
