About the Space

This private, 4500 square foot home is the perfect space for any sort of family, business, or product photoshoots, private client meetings or presentations. We have a large dining room and dining room table that seats up to twelve with plenty of space to spread out. Our large eat in kitchen boasts a 10 foot island with a gorgeous white quartz countertop. Our navy blue cabinets, gold hardware, and 46 inch white, Italian range is the perfect setting for product or culinary photoshoots. The 20x20 covered back porch is a great place for family photos or company headshots. It is fully furnished and overlooks a large back yard with a beautiful marsh view with large oak trees dripping with Spanish moss. This space would be great for an outdoor styled shoot. The whole home is furnished in a mid-century modern style with Scandinavian touches. It has large beautiful windows that let in so much natural light. It’s the perfect place for your next small event or photoshoot.

Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
