About the Space

Exquisite NEW CONSTRUCTION in Larchmont Village. A modern sanctuary with warm interiors, high ceilings, abundant natural light and tasteful finishes. Corner lot location features an oversized front yard hedged for privacy. Entry is into a large living room with fireplace and dining area. The den/family room, also with fireplace, features glass doors opening to yard and pool area with exterior half bath. The fully loaded kitchen features Thermador appliances and custom cabinetry. One bedroom with bath, powder room and laundry area complete the first level. The thoughtful floorpan continues to the upper level where each bedroom has its' own bath. The main bedroom offers two walk in closets, sliding doors to private balcony overlooking yard/pool and dual vanity en suite with separate shower and soaking tub.

  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
