SUPPLEMENTAL LOCATION AGREEMENT: Peerspace guest booking the space are required to sign a supplemental location agreement. Your host will provide a copy for your review after Peerspace booking has been accepted. INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS: $1,000,000 general liability 3rd Party Property Damage Loss Payee Certificate holder must be named as additional insured 2 separate certificates required OVERTIME POLICY: Per Peerspace's policy, overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate. OTHER GENERAL RULE *Extremely limited parking on this street. *Plot of land in front of location can fit a sprinter, a cube truck and catering van-Catering can be set up there also. *All cast, clients and crew not in these vehicles should be asked to Uber/Lyft to location. *A minimum of 20 rubber mats required for protection. *The parking area( dirt patch) can hold about 6 cars BUT best to suggest that area for catering and production truck and photo only! *The house is small with no other area for catering. *Makeup and hair on dining table *Wardrobe in office area.
