About the Space

This home is an urban getaway is located in the thriving Smyrna neighborhood near the Battery, Truist Park, Cumberland mall, and the Cobb Galleria Center. Both bedrooms are located upstairs and are equipped with 40" and 50" televisions. The back patio includes a grille and outdoor seating with a table where guests can mingle and gaze at the spectacular view of the Atlanta skyline from the backyard. There is a smart lock on the front door for easy keyless access. The code will be provided on the day of check-in and will remain active until check-out time. The neighborhood is located within 5 minutes of interstate 75 where you can reach downtown with 15 minutes. Uber and Lyft rides are also easily accessible. Cancellation Policy

Grace period
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
Standard 90 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
