About the Space
Top floor penthouse with panoramic views of downtown LA, mountains, and the Hollywood Sign. This historical 1930's Art Deco building has windows over Koreatown's prettiest street, filled with Norman chateaus. It looks like a fairytale. The space is bright and well lit with natural light and tall ceilings. Decor is new and modern bohemian Art Deco style. Furniture can be rearranged and moved by advanced request. Additional filming areas include kitchen/dining, bedroom, bath, vanity/boudoir space. Roof has 360-degree views and can be used by small crews (five or less) with host accompanying them. Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels

I have much gratitude towards Jessica & Jonathan for entrusting their space to my Cast & Crew. It's beautiful and elegant. The city views...AMAZING. I really appreciated their kindness and understanding when my shoot went over schedule. Filmmaking has a lot of moving parts and thankfully Jessica/Jonathan were there when I slipped and allowed to me finish out my day!
