About the Space
Top floor penthouse with panoramic views of downtown LA, mountains, and the Hollywood Sign. This historical 1930's Art Deco building has windows over Koreatown's prettiest street, filled with Norman chateaus. It looks like a fairytale. The space is bright and well lit with natural light and tall ceilings. Decor is new and modern bohemian Art Deco style. Furniture can be rearranged and moved by advanced request. Additional filming areas include kitchen/dining, bedroom, bath, vanity/boudoir space. Roof has 360-degree views and can be rented by small crews (5 or less) with host accompanying them. ABOUT US I am a filmmaker/photographer available to assist with lighting, equipment, gaffing, fog machine, you name it. My partner is a screenwriting with production experience.
