Bright and airy flat space in Bernal Heights right off Cortland. 1 Bedroom apartment set up as working space. Great for team meetings, workshops, classes, small parties, photoshoots. Includes a bedroom turned office, living room, dining nook, kitchen, bathroom, deck and backyard.

Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Absolutely beautiful space and wonderful host. Anya was considerate and opened her space to myself and my photographer for a short booking and we were able to get so much content in. Her space is gorgeous with absolutely stunning (handmade!) decor and a cute backyard/patio. I cannot recommenced the space and Anya enough! Thank you!
