All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Production days can be difficult and things may have been running a little late but Stephanie made it incredibly easy to schedule her space and be flexible with our schedule. I would highly recommend using her beautiful home for any projects you may have.

I originally booked a home in Tarzana and the host canceled on me with less than 24 hours until my bridalshower. I found this home after 6pm on a Saturday night and the host got back to me within an hour of my inquiry. She was able to comfrom and accommodate me on such short notice. This home ended up being a better fit. The home is beautiful. Great atmosphere. No parking issues. Home has a sound system thats Bluetooth compatible which is great. LED lights in the pool.The host was very accommodating, friendly and pleasant. My entire family was pleased with the home and host. We will definitely be back for another event soon.
