As an artist & photographer myself, I love opening up my light filled home to other creatives for their ideas! Whether you’re doing a tasteful boudoir, family photos, portraits or a commercial shoot— The Lighthouse is a pure, soft sanctuary of peace. Lots of character, this modern Craftsman style home just blocks from Balboa Park in Bankers hill has become a backdrop for your next creative venture. Enjoy the modern decor in this bright open space. Thoughtful touches throughout the house create a true urban retreat space.

Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Sarah was a great host! Very friendly and was there to greet us upon arrival. We were there for a video shoot. The space was light and airy and perfect for our needs.

This space was perfect! Sarah was a super responsive host and very accommodating when we need to adjust the time of the booking. The space itself was clean, so cute, and had great lighting! Would recommend!!

LOVE Sarah's space! Definitely one of my favorite places to shoot if you're looking to do a warm/intimate/empowering type of shoot. Sarah is so sweet and friendly. Natural light was beautiful and a "MOOD." :) Can't wait to come back.

Sarahs place was so beautiful, every corner of the house has a cute detail. Im so happy I went with this place, i am in love with my photos. To add on, she was super accommodating booking that same day. Thank you Sarah, I will definitely book again!
