Our studio is an open concept creative space with ample natural light, soaring 13 foot ceilings, and modern floor-to-ceiling south and west-facing windows. With over 1200 square feet of space, you can create, shoot, and host with ease. The venue has a relaxed yet refined New York loft feel, with curated decor, furniture, and stylistic accents. Our polished environment affords unique design elements, including a lounge, custom archways, walls painted in chantilly lace white, and an art-deco inspired atmosphere. Our south and west-facing windows provide consistent, natural light throughout the day, creating the perfect ambiance for your next shoot or event. THE FOUNDATION Our large shooting area with 13-foot ceilings and clean white walls is the perfect backdrop for your next shoot. Hand-picked flooring reflects light cleanly and evenly. You can keep it simple or use the space as a canvas and get creative. THE NOOK Outfitted with wainscotting, polished concrete floors, and modern furnishings, The Nook provides a refined backdrop to emulate an upscale living space THE ARCHWAYS Custom built archways use frosted glass backing to diffuse light, and include load-bearing sills for flexibility in posing. The sunlight shining through the hollow of the archways allows you to backlight your subject with ease. The first arch is 12 feet high and perfect for full-length poses. THE LOUNGE The Lounge is a co-working space design to encourage community. The 15-foot custom booth-style couch, cruelty-free blue suede upholstery, and mid-century-modern cafe tables provide a calm and comfortable atmosphere to work and connect. THE FURNITURE A rotating assortment of furniture and seating options make it easy to build your set and set the mood. THE WINDOWS Large floor-to-ceiling south and west-facing windows allow natural light to stream in and make the room bright and airy throughout the day. These large, unobstructed windows provide ample clean light in all weather conditions. Soft white curtains can be drawn to diffuse the light, and large reflective panels can be rolled into place to manipulate the incoming light. Surfaces are neutral toned to ensure bounced light is clean in colour. THE CHANGE ROOM Our private wardrobe styling room is complete with multi-level hooks, a backlit full-length mirror, and a steamer to ensure your clients or models feel their best. THE BEAUTY BAR Hair and makeup are an art within themselves, and we’ve worked with top stylists in the city to create a setup that is ideal for artists. With bright lighting, a large mirror, four outlets, a large work surface, and adjustable stools, this station is the perfect home base for any stylist. PARKING Public parking is located directly outside the front door, for a stress-free experience on arrival. The studio entrance is located on the first floor for easy access, with only five steps up to the door. We want you to spend your time in our space, not circling the block looking for parking, or hauling gear up multiple flights of stairs. OTHER AMENITIES We’ve taken care of all the details. Summer set Studio is a space that welcomes everyone, we strive to create an atmosphere that promotes collaboration, creativity and wellness. With a bright and welcoming meeting area, a clean crisp shooting space and lots of amenities to keep you and your team comfortable. What does the check-in process look like? We’re excited to welcome you! A member of our team will be on-site when you arrive, and can answer any questions you might have. Is there a private change room? Yes there is! Our change room is private and located next to the washroom. Where do I park? There is a paid parking lot located beside our building, for $8/day. Is the studio parent and child friendly? Yes, our studio is parent and child friendly! We love doing family sessions, and it’s important to us that everyone feels welcome! Toys are available on request. Will other people be in the studio? You will have the shooting space all to yourself! There are two private offices separate from the studio shooting area, where our team members may be working. Do you have WIFI? Yes we do! All of the login information will be displayed in the studio for easy access. Do you have a hair and make-up area? Yes, there is a dedicated hair and make-up station with chairs, outlets, a table and lighting. Is there an elevator? There is no elevator, only 5 steps to the main entrance. What do we do with our garbage? Please collect all garbage and dispose of it in the green garbage dumpsters at the end of the parking lot. If garbage is left behind, a cleaning fee of $100 will be charged. How many people can fit in the studio? General bookings will accommodate up to 10 people

Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
