COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Hand Sanitizer
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
The space has the following features:
  • Space has additional space outdoors
  • Space has access to outdoor air ventilation
  • Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines

About the Space

7200 sq/ft of industrial space. Building A is a masonry structure that is heated with 22ft ceiling and two moveable bridge cranes. We are in the middle of construction, and thus there are no bathrooms/running water. There is a porta-pottie in the back parking lot for emergencies. Building B is a super unique Quonset Hut structure, and is completely raw. It has power outlets and an overhead door for loading in. Both buildings are connected. Both buildings have ample interior lighting, and power supply. We are in the midst of construction, so hop on the space now while it’s still raw! Also, photo's on here are old, and the space will NOT be exactly as you see it. Please message me to schedule a showing, or I can facetime/send you a video of the space.
