Stunning NEW spacious loft decorated with modern interior decor. Our loft is located in the heart of downtown LA and is located on the 11th floor of the building with unobstructed views of the city. The single-story loft is 1,000 sqft and contains large windows which provide plenty of natural sunlight. *HOLIDAY DECOR NOW AVAILABLE: Includes 7' Christmas tree with ornaments and lights, wreaths, gifts, and a holiday decorated mantle. There are two elevators: One passenger; One Freight Our Loft could be best used for the following: Commercial and Print Photography, Social Media Content, Filming, Fashion Photography, E-commerce Product Shots, Podcast, Interviews, Fitness Photoshoots & Videos, Apparel Shoot, Head Shots, Lingerie Shoot, TV Series and more. REMINDER: No shoes are allowed on the rugs AND you may not stand on the furniture since it cannot be cleaned if it gets dirty/ damaged. ATTENTION: Please be aware that your set up and clean up MUST be done within your booking period. As soon as your booking period ends we may have a booking starting right after. Please be considerate and leave on time. Before you leave it is your responsibility to make sure that all furniture is placed in its original location. Please Note: Our loft is not soundproof, and we will not allow loud music. Security Cameras: There is one security camera inside the space that will be used only if necessary when peerspace asks for proof of footage. Such as: damages, late departures and safety concerns. *PLEASE READ* LOFT RULES By booking this studio, you are agreeing to comply with all of the rules listed below. Failing to obey rules may result in booking period ending early without any refund. In addition, if you fail to obey rules and damage property you may be charged extra fines. OVERTIME FEE: No free overtime. To avoid overtime charges please ensure all crew, guests, and equipment is outside of the room when booking period ends. All overtime fees will be charged 2x the hour rate by 30 minute increments. CANCELLATION POLICY: Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. PROHIBITED: -no shoes on the rug -no standing on the furniture -no food or drinks on the furniture and rug -no smoking in building -no alcohol in building -no pets -do not disturb neighbors, LOUD MUSIC IS NOT ALLOWED and no loitering in the building's hallways -no children allowed unless they are needed for the photoshoot/film. -no burning of candles -STUDIO DOOR MUST BE CLOSED AT ALL TIMES -all hung pieces can not be moved, only chairs and small items such as books, columns, vases, small tables, etc can be moved - no feathers, glitter, confetti, sand, paint, aerosol spray cans, fireworks, weapons, and any small particles that are difficult to clean. You will be charged a damage fee if the couches are left with glitter, flowers, and other small particles on them. PROPERTY AND FURNITURE DAMAGES You are responsible for leaving the loft the exact way it was prior to your booking. The loft is inspected before booking begins and right after booking period ends. If there are damages done to the property or furniture, there will be charges billed via Peerspace. MISCELLANEOUS FEES -Furniture not returned to its original location may result in fees starting at $30 -If restroom keys are lost you will be charged $25 COVID-19 All bookings must comply with COVID-19 CDC guidelines: https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/prevent-getting-sick/prevention.html The space will be disinfected after every use and hand sanitizer will be provided. The bathroom is located right across the hallway so you can easily wash your hands and get paper towels if needed.

Great space, clean with elegant set options. I would rent this space again. If you're a natural light shooter, you'll be fine if you're bringing in lights (strobe or continuous) you may have electrical issues. The studio could also use more electrical outlets & power .
