Measuring 2,600 usable square feet with 11 foot ceilings, we offer abundant daylight with north, west and facing light with unobstructed city views. Perfect space for events including product launches, corporate events, trunk shows, press events and more! Convenient location: directly across from the New York Times Building with four subway lines & Port Authority right at the corner. Large direct freight elevator Two in-suite bathrooms iPod compatible sound system Track lighting on dimmers Optional to bring in your own choice of vendors Two-zone central A/C Modern kitchen, stainless steel appliances, deep, double sink, stovetop, prep table and cabinets. Rental Includes- 1 steamer, 1 rolling rack, 1 Rolling Hair Make Up Station. Photography equipment grip available for additional fee.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Disposable gloves
  • Disposable masks / face coverings
  • Hand Sanitizer
The space has the following features:
  • Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines
  • Space has access to outdoor air ventilation
  • Space has HEPA-certified air filters
  • Space has additional space outdoors
  • Space has been reconfigured to allow for physical distance
The space has informational signage including:

  • Narrow passages have arrows for bi-directional traffic

My team and I had a wonderful experience at this loft. We were there for a product photo shoot and the loft is clean, modern, and beautifully laid out for a variety of shots. David was kind, professional and accommodating. I would highly recommend the space!

Great kitchen space! David was very responsive and the building's freight operator went above and beyond in helping me load into and out of the elevator. Lots of room to work and well stocked with accessories.
