The space is the brainchild of published, Floral + Event Designer and Content Creator, Makini Regal. Space: This perfectly, pink parlor is located on the top floor of a Brownstone home located in the heart of landmarked Bedford Stuyvesant/Stuyvesant Heights. The bright and airy space contains three large windows with shutters, original molding, tin ceilings, a unique fireplace, hardwood floors and all blush walls and ceilings making this chic and whimsical location perfect for beauty, bridal, fashion and portrait shoots. All of the furnishings and décor are blush pink, as well as the palm installation, behind the sofa. There is a clothing rack, steamer and rose gold hangers provided as well as a vintage bar cart with four pink champagne glasses and bottles of rosé, for styling purposes. There is an area for hair and makeup as well as a director's chair. Neighborhood: Bedford Stuyvesant, also known as Bed-Stuy or The Stuy for short is a hot spot in Brooklyn. The brownstone is located on a tree lined block and across the street from Fulton Park. It is 20 minutes from Manhattan and one block from the express A train, at Utica Avenue. *Please note, we are located in a vibrant community so this is not a sound proof space. For video filming we highly recommend bringing great audio recording equipment. Parking: There is free street parking. Alternate side rules are 9:00 am -10:30 am Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays & Fridays. Details: There are three outlets in the room with access to the circuit breaker, if needed. There are two flights of stairs to enter the space. One outside of the home and one set once you enter the home. There are plenty of cafes and restaurants for lunch/delivery. A bluetooth speaker, is provided as well as complimentary bottled water. There is a 6 guest maximum. Larger groups may be considered on a case by case basis and there would be a additional fee of $75 per person added to your booking amount.

Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
