The space has a long driveway that has been used to set up tables and chairs. The amenities include up to 10 6ft tables and 40 white resin folding chairs (wedding chairs). Table cloths (white and black) can be offered for parties for adult guest only. A low children's table and children's chairs (6) are also available along with several booster seats for the little ones. For additional cost clients can rent a grass backdrop, a neon birthday sign, multi-color fabric pendant streamers, a giant silk flower wall (10ft-12ft), catering equipment, soft play and eco friendly children's play mat, a ball pit, and heat lamps. Centerpieces are available for rent. Centerpieces come in a variety of holiday theme to simple milk bottle vases for fresh flowers. This space is turnkey for any event large and small. Events that have been held include: birthday parties, bridal showers, engagement parties, bbq's, and children's parties with bounce houses and petting zoo. The space that is for rent is predominately the outside. However, clients will have access to the front bathroom and kitchen for minimal food prep.
