Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.

About the Space
The Curated Design Studio (formerly Box Studios) Midtown located studio with exposed brick, natural light, various props and furniture for use with a beautiful outside campus THE STUDIO We are located in midtown Atlanta at The Goat Farm. We have a creative, centrally located studio with exposed brick wall, 14Ft high ceilings, and 2 large ground level windows of filled with natural light. This space is perfect for small to medium productions. We have plenty of props that can be used in your rental, all props can be moved. *studio is connected with central AC from building, so sometimes AC/heat cuts on* please consider for video* We've Hosted: Music Videos Content Shoots Podcasts Video Interviews Virtual Events Traditional Photo shoots Live events INCLUDED WITH RENTAL: - 9ft colored backdrops (White /Black / Yellow / Powder Blue / Pink / Burnt Orange / Brown / Green) - Meeting table with chairs (6) - 18 inch Ring Light - 2 continuous light panels - Light Stands - WIFI + speaker access - Rolling garment rack w/ hangers - Clothing steamer

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
