About the Space

This house has a lot of natural lighting and unique backdrops that would be perfect for a photoshoot. The state of the art kitchen is large with lots of workspace. There are two stories, high level finishes throughout, a luxury pool with an outdoor kitchen, and unbelievable views from every room in the home. The sunsets from this location are breathtaking.

Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:

  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels

Yes, I would book again.

Martina and her family were wonderful. Our production had a weather delay along with a few other hurdles and they went above and beyond to accommodate us. We couldn’t be happier working with them and their home is stunning. Highly recommend working them and look forward to doing so again in the future!

Everything about my experience was perfect! From the friendly host, to the great communication, and to the gorgeous home! We were welcomed into a very clean home that had great natural light and beautiful views. It was perfect for my real estate photoshoot. The photos came our better than I could’ve imagined. Thank you Martina for allowing me to use your home for a few hours :)

Absolutely wonderful Host to go along with an incredible location! What a combo. I highly recommend this location, especially for natural light lovers. We will definitely be booking again!
