About the Space
The home was constructed in 1880s and is approx. 6,000 sq.ft. on 1/2 acre. There are 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Three floors and a massive finished basement. Home also has a massive wrap-around, paved driveway. High-ceilings and hardwood floors throughout. Two fireplaces (one wood, one gas). Detached 2-car garage with loft.

Parking description
The home has a massive wrap-around, paved driveway that extends to the rear of the house. This can accommodate at least 10 - 15 vehicles. There is also on-street parking.

Ambient noise description
It is a very quiet street. In the summer there are some days when you can hear landscaping, but that is only for a limited amount of time. We make sure that our landscaping is not done on a day when a production is shooting.

There are 4 doors that can be used to load in equipment. At most there are 4-5 stairs to go up.
Staging area is available
There is a room that is empty right now. We also have a basement area that is furnished or a top floor that has seating and a bathroom that would allow for people to hang out.

Shooting the exterior of the building is allowed
Circuit breaker can be accessed
General Rules
No smoking in the building. Other than being respectful to the house, there are no specific rules. Home is located in a neighborhood with neighbors so please keep this in mind.
There is no adult films permitted. Also no use of illegal drugs.
All ages are allowed in the space
Production insurance is required
We do not require any additional insurance above or beyond that set by Peerspace.
Furniture and decorations may be moved
Furniture and decorations can be moved or in order for the production to get the shot. We just ask that everything is put back in the proper place once they are finished.
Smoke machines are allowed
No nudity allowed
Security cameras and recording devices
The home has an external video security system. This can be shut off anytime.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

I am willing to consider all necessary cleaning and sanitization options.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Hand Sanitizer
