I disinfect every five minutes I have OCD. There will be a pink spray bottle that has 91% alcohol in it as well there is an air purifier on premises

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

Welcome to the space. I offer a unique beautiful space that is located in the upper class neighborhood of Long Beach Bixby Knolls. This location is perfect for Photo shoots, pop-up shops, Music listening Parties, and small private gatherings. I live 5 minutes away from location. If my location is being disrespected in any kind of way I will arrive shut down event and keep the deposit. Music is allowed to be played keep in mind there are neighbors in the back so this is not a concert.

There is a private parking lot. With a 4 car slot. One handicap and 3 regular slots. There is free street parking and next do is a church parking lot and across the street is a another large parking lot that can be used for parking, at your discussion.
