About the Space
Venue is on the second floor of an industrial chic classic brick flat iron. In the heart of downtown Lynn, the area is surrounded by mural art and great places to eat and drink. Exposed brick, high loft style beams, and exposed HVAC throughout the space. Lots of natural light. Space is great for networking events, office party, birthday parties, photoshoots, film etc.

General Rules
Must follow COVID-19 Gathering rules. Outside food/catering is allowed. No weapons of any kind, no nudity, no bad attitudes. :-) Must follow local guidelines regarding noise, alcohol service, and security.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Space is professionally cleaned between bookings and surfaces are wiped down by staff on a regular basis. Any concerns please direct to a staff member.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Hand Sanitizer
