All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
About the Space
Still Photography Only. Unique setting offering two floors of large and small rooms, hallways, stairways and a cupola totaling 3000 square feet of distressed surfaces, the textures of which only time itself could have authentically produced. Accents among the old world millwork include marble fireplaces and walls of great hand-painted murals. Large and small windows provide abundant and beautiful natural light throughout. Outdoors, an expansive front porch and garden-like grounds are available for catering and photography. In addition, we provide a 600 square foot staging area, equipped with large professional makeup mirror, jiffy steamer and clothing racks.

Three 20-amp designated electrical circuits, which is ample for standard lighting. There is additional power in the staging/production room. A generator can be brought if more extensive power is needed.

General Rules
SUPPLEMENTAL LOCATION AGREEMENT:
Peerspace guest booking the space are required to sign a supplemental location agreement. Your host will provide a copy for your review after Peerspace booking has been accepted.

OVERTIME POLICY:
Per Peerspace's policy, overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate.
OTHER GENERAL RULES:
- No Smoking in the building
- No activity prior to 7am or after 10pm without prior approval.
- Furniture pads and floor protection required

HOUSE RULES
The room with the blue carpet is a staging area and not available for photography.
Food and drink is not permitted throughout the house, except for designated catering areas only, where tables and chairs will be provided.
Please use extreme caution while walking and moving throughout the house, as you will be working within an antique home.
Paint “chips” and wall texture are very important to the character of this home, they are extremely fragile and delicate.
Please do not lean on walls, please do not rest props and equipment against walls (objects/props may be suspended from open ceiling with fish line, to simulate wall hangings)
Please do no “brush-up” against walls, while modeling & walking throughout the house, especially near the “murals”
Kindly use extra caution on the steps, staircases and banisters (no leaning)
Please do not drag and furniture, equipment or props on the floors. Lift all items to prevent scratching the floors.
