We take disinfecting and cleaning extremely seriously. We have a professional company clean before all bookings.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
Disposable masks / face coverings
Hand Sanitizer

Welcome to the Modern Rental Flex Space. Professionally designed and an organic feeling space. Great for photoshoots, filming, private events, meetings (private glass conference room), private pedicure and manicure (eco friendly) parties, big lounge area and huge kids play area. There is also a coffee bar, with tea, smoothies, and organic pastries too! Great area, 20min from the airport and 25 min from Scottsdale and Downtown Phoenix. Yes, there is a big parking lot in the front of the building. There is plenty of parking with a short walk to the building.

Security cameras and recording devices

The space has security cameras on the inside of the building. The cameras are all in the common public areas. The camera are all video not audio. None of the private work rooms have cameras. Cameras can be turned off upon request.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
