About the Space
This loft is a curated living space offering modern finishes, a functional kitchen and thoughtful interiors located in the heart of Mt. Pleasant. This open concept studio is bright, clean, cozy and artistic. The space has a neutral aesthetic, perfect for adding your own personal touches. The loft is a fully-furnished space with 10' ceilings, hardwood floors, abundant south facing natural light; which makes it an excellent venue for editorial, portrait, product, food, interior and lifestyle photo shoots. There is a fully-functioning minimal kitchen space that is especially great for food-related photo/video shoots. You will find various handmade artworks, ceramics and objects in the loft, which you are welcome to use. Extra features include a functional work desk, full bathroom, and in-suite laundry. The loft is also equipped with sheer curtains to allow for diffused lighting as well as black-out curtains for controlled lighting situations. Ample street parking available. - A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.

I liked the place; it was bright and cozy. The only downside was the pricing – the minimum rental time is 4 hours, but for a model or product photoshoot, 2-3 hours are usually sufficient. Despite not using the last 1.5 hours, we had to pay for the full 4 hours. On top of this, there was an $80 cleaning fee, which seemed unnecessary as we left the unit in pristine condition. After the photoshoot, we discovered that for the same $500 we paid for 4 hours, we could have rented the apartment on Airbnb for 2 days, making it feel like a rip-off. Another issue was the access process; we had to download an application, register, and only then could we access the unit. For a one-time shoot, this was too cumbersome and not user-friendly – a simple key would have been more convenient.

Filmed an educational video here few notes below: - Audio was amazing, the space was great and quality was great for this. Street noise is minimal (some trucks etc however there was construction at the time we rented) - Visually this space is gorgeous, they've done a really good job at curating this space to have a lot to work with for lots of different set ups - Communication was amazing - super responsive, easy to work with and flexible with needs I would for sure recommend renting this space!

We booked the space for a brand shoot. It is a very nicely decorated space. The space is nice and bright, open concept. Clean and taken care of. The host was responsive, we had no issues getting into the building with their instructions.
