- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.

Beautiful space with enough rooms for continous content. The owner is not only accomodating but proffesional and open minded when it comes to additional time. I recommend this space to any artist, label, dj, etc in the industry looking for a worthy space for content.

The studio was nice, though we were under the impression we were renting the entire space with all the sets for ourselves, but the entire time we were there there was about 30-40 people just coming in and out of the additional “sets” and we were ultimately only able to use the cyclorama wall. People were watching us and taking photos / videos of us as we filmed and people kept coming up to us and trying to promote their clothing lines or other work and disturbing us and eating into the allotted time we paid to be there.
