This is a gorgeous townhome located in the heart of Brewerytown. The highlight of the house is certainly the rooftop deck that overlooks the beauty of the famous Philadelphia skyline. Brewerytown is one of the city's up and coming areas with great local businesses including coffee shops, restaurants, and bars. The highlight of this neighborhood is it's proximity to everything in Philadelphia. With close access to the highway, it makes traveling around easy in easy out.

I highly recommend Brenden, He was such a great host! He responded very quickly, and was very accommodating to our needs/requests. The home smelled good and was so clean. The check -in instructions were super detailed and helpful. His home was not just clean but was entertaining. he made sure the house was well stocked . Please do not miss out on the view of the roof top. We could not have asked for a better location. Overall a wonderful place; we would stay here again easily!...

What’s not to love about this space! This home was absolutely stunning! It was even more beautiful in person. We are so grateful to have been able to utilize this home for a music video shoot for my artist and fell in love with it. Exceeded our expectations. The roof top view was the icing on the cake. The host Brendan was amazing and very pleasant to work with. I will absolutely be utilizing this space again!! Thank you for having us!
